A healthy campus starts with people. With mindfulness training, resilience workshops, exercise and relaxation programs, and stress management tips, we support students and staff in consciously dealing with the challenges of everyday academic life.
We invite anyone who is interested to try out relaxation methods under professional guidance and recharge their batteries. How does it work? Simply click on this dial-in link on the days in question.
Participation is free and you can choose how many dates you would like to treat yourself to a relaxation session.
The speaker is Alina Schmalzl, psychologist, trainer and relaxation coach from MoveUp_Gesundheitsmanagement.

We have two Mental Health First Aiders at our faculty.
They offer first aid for mental health problems or provide support when everything becomes too much. Completely anonymous and free of charge.
